AP+ Cargo Community System, a truly tri-modal single window
AP+ optimises, aggregates, automates, orchestrates and secures the processes related to the professions of private and public stakeholders in a logistics community.
AP+ is a true single window that is adaptable to maritime, air and land transport.
A high-performing Cargo Community System based on a Public/Private Partnership
AP+ was implemented for the 1st time by MGI in the Grand Port Maritime de Marseille on September 21, 2005.
Based on collaboration between the Marseille and Le Havre port communities, AP+ connects all the stakeholders in the logistics chain in order to provide a smooth flow of information exchanges and goods.
AP+ continuously evolves in terms of the trades so that it can integrate the new needs of transport professionals, customs authorities and port authorities. Needs are identified through inter-professional workshops and processes are optimised and integrated into software changes.
On a technical level, AP+ relies on leading edge information technology companies that are leaders in their field: IBM, Oracle and Illicom, in order to guarantee the soundness and longevity of the system.
AP+ is operational in
