Steering/Reporting

This service is used to produce statistics about the company’s activity:

• By file (e.g.: file number by stage, customer or month)
• By movement (e.g.: file number by destination, type or stage)

It is also used to produce performance indicators such as the length of time the goods stay and the time frames for administrative processing.
