This service keeps you informed of events that occur regarding the goods in question:
• Alert by mail on the status of particular goods
• Information can also be accessed by your customers
The alerts can be positioned on:
• Files:
- At a specific stage
- On a change of stage
- When a delay occurs in relation to the scheduled arrival time
• Movements of goods:
- At a stage (e.g.: Entering the Terminal, being loaded)
- On a change of stage
- At a particular status or change in status
- When a delay occurs in relation to the scheduled departure or arrival time
